This years Children's Christmas party will be held on Saturday, December 6th, from 11 am - 2 pm. You must register for this event. After registering, you will be assigned a time slot for your visit and picture with Santa, by email. You may arrive before this time for food and entertainment. If you fail to arrive at the assigned time, you may have the option to use the stand-by line, but those arriving at assigned time will be served first.
All children ages 12 and under will receive a gift, a magician will be performing and, there will be food provided (hot dogs, mac and cheese, veggie tray, assorted sweets and cakes). The entire family is welcome to get a picture with Santa.
Please note: Green Clothing is not recommended for photo as the background is done on a green screen.
This event is limited to member's and their children, or children they are financially responsible for. Grandchildren, nieces, nephews etc. are not included.
Please submit a valid email and we will send the assigned time slot to this email address. We may be able to accommodate certain time constraints/request if you RSVP early enough. Accommodation requests will be on a first come, first served basis, so register today if you have conflicts in your schedule.
You MUST RSVP no later than Friday, November 21, 2025 for this event. NO LATE RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED! Those without a reservation cannot be accommodated because we won't have purchased a gift for your child/children, or planned enough food. Please RSVP prior to that date.
