Purpose:
This short survey will assess your organization’s level of preparedness to use data effectively. By “data,” we mean any information—numbers or words—that helps you understand how your program(s) perform and how to plan strategically for the future.
The survey includes questions about how your organization:
- Plans what data to collect,
- Gathers and manages data,
- Analyzes data to assess effectiveness, and
- Translates data insights into action and communication.
Your responses will help identify strengths, challenges, and areas for growth in how your organization uses data to support its mission.The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. Please answer based on your organization’s current practices.
Confidentiality:
Responses will be kept confidential and reported only in summary form. Individual organizations will not be identified in any reports or shared results. Your identifiable individual responses will be kept between your organization and the Neighborhood Explorer team.
