A Co-Branded Grant Program for Women Entrepreneurs & Business Leaders

The RestorHER x Worth Pursuing Inc. Micro-Grant Initiative is a collaborative effort designed to empower women entrepreneurs and business leaders by providing financial support, business development resources, and holistic well-being tools to foster sustainable success. This initiative acknowledges that true success happens when women can lead their businesses with intention, resilience, and well-being at the forefront.

Purpose:

To provide microgrants that help women-led businesses overcome challenges, achieve sustainable growth, or pivot during critical times—all while maintaining their well-being.

Target Audience:

Ambitious women entrepreneurs committed to building resilient, sustainable, and impactful businesses.

Financial Grant:
  • $250–$500 per award
  • Grant funds must be used as outlined in the recipient's proposal.

2025 Application Open Periods:
  • Q2: April 1 – 30
  • Q3: July 1 – 31
  • Q4: October 1 – 31

RestorHER x Worth Pursuing Inc. Mission

This grant program is rooted in the belief that women should not have to choose between thriving professionally and maintaining their well-being. Our mission is to help women rise and reign in leadership, business, and personal fulfillment through financial support, resilience training, and a strong community.


Our Vision:

To create a world where ambitious women no longer sacrifice well-being for success. We envision a community where women lead with confidence, emotional intelligence, and purpose, supported by the financial resources and guidance they need to succeed.


Selection Criteria
  • Must be a U.S. resident and at least 21 years old.
  • Business must be a woman-owned and have 10 or fewer employees.
  • Business must be a for-profit venture, revenue-generating for at least one year.
  • Applicant must be the CEO or founder within the company.

  • 1:1 Business & Leadership Coaching
    • complimentary 60-minute coaching session with Cheya Thousand, to be scheduled within 30 days of grant award.
  • Exclusive InJoyEQ Access
    • 3 months of daily wellness text support, focusing on emotional intelligence, resilience, joy, and leadership.
  • Business & Well-Being Digital Toolkit:
    • Emotional Intelligence Exercises for self-awareness and leadership growth.

Terms and Conditions  

Eligibility  
1. Applicants must be a woman, 21 years or older at the time of application.  
2. Applicants must be a business owner or operate a business.  
3. The business or initiative must align with the grant's mission of fostering harmony, restoration, and resilience.  
4. Applicants must reside in the United States.  

Application Process 
1. Applications will be open during designated periods each quarter and must be submitted before the stated deadline. (Q2- April 1-30, Q3- July 1-31, and Q4- October 1-31)  
2. Applicants must complete the official application form, including a description of their business, goals, and how the grant funds will be used.  
3. Only one application per person per quarter is allowed.  

Selection Process  
1. Grant recipients will be selected based on the following criteria:  
   - Alignment with the initiative mission and values  
   - Potential impact of the grant on the applicant’s business and well-being  
   - Clarity and feasibility of the proposed use of funds  
2. Decisions will be made by the RestorHER selection committee and are final.  
3. All applicants will be notified of the outcome via email within 30 days of the application deadline.  

Grant Award  
1. Each quarter, one grant of $250–$500 will be awarded to a selected applicant.  
2. Grant funds must be used for business-related expenses or activities that support the applicant’s well-being, personal, and professional growth.  

Approved & Restricted Uses  

✅ Approved Uses (What the Grant Can Be Used For)  
Grant funds are intended to support ambitious women in achieving sustainable success without burnout. 

They can be used for:  

- Business Development & Growth  
  - Business registration or licensing fees  
  - Website development, branding, or marketing materials  
  - Coaching, mentorship, or professional development programs  
  - Software, tools, or technology needed to operate the business  
  - Hiring a virtual assistant, consultant, or contractor for support  

- Wellness & Resilience for Business Owners  
  - Mental health resources (therapy, coaching, mindfulness programs)  
  - Self-care, retreats, wellness programs, or courses focused on preventing burnout  
  - Ergonomic office equipment to improve work-life harmony  

- Education & Skills Development  
  - Courses, certifications, or workshops that enhance leadership, entrepreneurship, or emotional intelligence  
  - Conferences, networking events, or industry-specific training  

- Community & Impact Projects  
  - Launching or expanding an initiative that empowers other women  
  - Hosting workshops, community programs, or small business events  

❌ Restricted Uses (What the Grant Cannot Be Used For)  
The grant cannot be used for:  

- Personal Expenses (rent, mortgage, utilities, groceries, entertainment)  
- Debt Repayment (credit cards, student loans, past-due taxes, fines)  
- Illegal or High-Risk Activities (gambling, cryptocurrency, pyramid schemes)  
- Large-Scale Capital Expenses (real estate, vehicles, major equipment purchases)  
- Salaries & Payroll (direct personal income, employee wages)  

Grant Recipient Requirements  
1. Recipients must sign an agreement outlining the grant terms before receiving funds.  
2. Recipients agree to submit a brief testimonial within 90 days of receiving the grant, detailing how the funds were used and the impact on their business and well-being.  
3. Recipients consent to their name, business, and story being featured in RestorHER promotional materials, including social media, website content, and newsletters.  

Limitations  
1. Grant funds may not be used for illegal activities, personal debt repayment, or any purpose unrelated to the applicant’s business, well-being, or professional development.  
2. RestorHER x Worth Pursuing Inc. reserves the right to withhold or reclaim grant funds if the recipient violates the terms or provides false information.

1. RestorHER x Worth Pursuing Inc. is not liable for any misuse of grant funds or outcomes resulting from their use.  
2. Participation in the Initiative does not establish an employment or partnership relationship with RestorHER x Worth Pursuing Inc. or its affiliates.  
3. RestorHER x Worth Pursuing Inc. reserves the right to amend or terminate the Initiative at any time.  

The RestorHER x Worth Pursuing Inc. Micro-Grant Initiative is a co-branded grant program created through a collaboration between RestorHER, an initiative of Cheya Thousand Consulting, a for-profit business, and Worth Pursuing Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to empowering and supporting women entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Grants are awarded based on eligibility and merit, as determined by the selection committee. All award decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Grant recipients are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations associated with the award, including reporting the grant as taxable income if applicable. Neither RestorHER nor Worth Pursuing Inc. provides tax, financial, or legal advice related to grant funds.

RestorHER and Worth Pursuing Inc. reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the initiative at their discretion.
