Invoicing and absences
- $35/week billed monthly
- First session - Monday June 16th 8:00pm
- Concert Saturday August 16th 7:30pm

- Your session will have 9 rehearsals  plus the concert (10 in total)
This will be billed monthly in three installments of $116.67 in , June, July and August
The payments will process on the 7th of each month.

- We divide the payments into equal monthly installments for your convenience. After week two, you are committed to the program. If you decide to leave the program prior to it's end date you will still be billed in full as outlined.

- Please note - Rehearsals are not rescheduled due to individual student absences. If you need to miss a rehearsal, your instructor will reach out to you with any material you may have missed. (Absences are not credited or refunded). If your instructor needs to cancel a rehearsal, he will add extra time onto subsequent rehearsals.

Rehearsal expectations
- Students should arrive 5 minutes early when possible and start getting set up, tuned etc. 
- Parents must plan to pick students up promptly at 9:00
- If a student is planning to miss a rehearsal please contact the store through the remind app or call 508-238-8494
- We always expect students to be respectful and courteous to their peers, instructors and MockingBird Staff.


Communication
We use a texting app for communication to parents regarding any band scheduling, payment, concert reminder information. You may also communicate with us this way regarding absences, billing questions etc. You must accept our invitation to join the class in order to receive and send these communications. Your instructor may also choose to communicate rehearsal notes, music content etc. to the participants via email.

Concert Date 
Once the Concert date is set - it is not easily changed. MockingBird has 15-20 bands running at any time that all have performances scheduled. Changing any band's performance is extremely difficult. Please be sure to put the concert date on your calendar.
