Hello! We are back for 2025 with our Indie Mart Vendor Show. We will be opening up applications for more shows soon, but for now here are our planned shows for Spring and early 2025. We have adjusted our prices for this year since we have developed a good following, busier shows and to cover our costs a bit more since we do alot of promotion, fliering, printing, clear a lot of our warehouse and are going to get more help this year and promote on of our employees to create a part time roll just to support the markets. Woohoo! Markets can be competitive, so we do rotate in new vendors often. Please don't be discouraged if you don't get in to one- some markets are smaller with less spots but our Fall market is our largest one.
The PGH Sticker Faire is a seperate event run by Ani, one of our employees and should be back this year- please follow the PGH Sticker Faire Instagram for info and anncouncements.

- 24 outdoor 10x10 tent booths in the park below our warehouse (BYO tent, tables & chairs) $130
- 2-3 food pop ups, 1-2 sweets vendor, 1 coffee pop up, 1 alcohol pop up, 1 juice vendor

- WILKINSBURG
RESIDENTS ONLY: If you live or have a studio in Wilkisnburg proper, the
WCDC will cover your booth and the cost is free with a $10 fee to help
cover marketing materials/ ads. You will be at the Wilkinsburg Train
Station, which is all Wilkinsburg local made. Vendors will have space for one 6ft table only (or equivalent). This so we can support the most folks. We may have 4-6 corner spaces available for folks who would like the opportunity to have a table and a rack or 6ft table and a smaller table. Please BYO table and we can supply one chair.
- INDIE MART AT WORKSHOP: The workshop warehouse will have 6ft table sized booths available for makers from all over the area. Since this is an in demand market, we also try to just offer 6ft table spaces. Please BYO table and we supply chairs, we have plenty. $75-
- Few outdoor spaces for 10x10ft tents if you are ok to brave the cold or want to use a portable heater like a winter chalet. These are $90- and you must BYO tent. We have rarely had very cold weather these days in the past, usually its been bearable and we do have food trucks and wreath pop ups outside. We also set up a little fire and tent with benches with hot cocoa or cider, so there is a vibe outside.
