South Dakota Association for Lifelong Learning (SDALL) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors responsible for planning and carrying out activities which support the overall mission of the organization.
Guidelines:
1.
Only individuals with current SDALL membership are eligible to apply to and serve on the board.
2.
Each board member is elected for a two-year term of office. Board members may be re-elected to the same office for a second two-year term.
3.
The Board of Directors meets no less than two times per year, with a goal of holding quarterly meetings. Board meetings can be either face-to-face or virtual.
4.
Board elections are held at the SDALL Annual Meeting. Board members are elected by the membership.
