A form should be filled out for EACH student attending. 1 form per student. By filling out the information below you and your student are agreeing to follow all Davidson County Schools (DCS) rules as listed in the student handbook. The Oak Grove High School (OGHS) 2024 homecoming dance will be held on Saturday October, 19th from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. There will be NO OUTSIDE GUESTS for the Homecoming Dance.
Students: If a student is found in violation of any DCS rule while on OGHS property they will be asked to leave the dance and will face disciplinary action during the regular school day as listed in the DCS student handbook. Please see the DCS student handbook for a full list of rules and consequences.
Parents: By completing this permission form, you acknowledge that your student will be on OGHS property on Saturday October 19th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. DCS is only responsible for your child while they are on our campus. During this time all students are required to follow all DCS rules as stated in the student handbook. By signing below you acknowledge that if your student is found in violation of any DCS rule they will be asked to leave the dance and will face disciplinary action during the regular school day.
We want all students to have a fun and memorable night. Students and parents, let's work together to make this a great event by encouraging all students to behave responsibly and respectfully.
The cost of the dance is $15.00 and must be paid through School Cash Online (
https://dcs.schoolcashonline.com/). Any student who does not have a completed permission form and not paid by 10/11/2024 will not be allowed in the dance.
WE MUST HAVE PARENT PERMISSION FOR STUDENTS TO ATTEND THIS DANCE.
