The Unit Athletics may grant scholarships to athletes who without this financial assistance would not be able to participate in our program. Scholarships are only available to help cover the cost of monthly dues.  Travel and tournament fees are the responsibility of the athlete and may be considered for scholarship on a case by case basis depending on funding available.
 
The Unit Athletics will consider all complete applications received. The amount of the scholarship awarded may be a partial or full scholarship depending on the number of applicants, and amount of scholarship funds available. Scholarships are awarded to one member of a registered family.

The Unit Athletics is a non-profit organization with a very limited amount of funding available for financial hardship scholarship athletes. No guarantee of assistance is implied in this application.  Financial hardship scholarships are re-evaluated every 3 months and each applicant must reapply to continue receiving assistance.

Requirements for eligibility:
• Commitment to attend scheduled practices and tournaments.
• Participation by an adult family member volunteering to help during the season.
• Families are required to participate in any fundraisers offered by the program.
Other Important Information:
• Scholarship application approval will be based on availability of scholarship funds.
• Scholarships will be provided on a first-come, funding and space available basis.
