ALL INTERNSHIP AND PRACTICUM PLACEMENTS ARE FULL FOR SPRING 2025

This form should be completed for interest in being supervised for an internship/practicum as a School Psychologist, School Counselor, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist, Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), Occupation Therapist, or BCBA. The district cannot accommodate requests for supervision as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), as our district employees do not hold this license. Please note that School Psychology Internships are advertised on Ed Join when available. All interested candidates for school psychology internships must apply via Ed Join instead of this form.

In order to be considered for supervision, interest forms must be submitted in advance of the semester in which hours are to begin.

Fall semester: interest forms must be completed by April 15th.
Spring semester: interest forms must be completed by October 15th.

For school counseling and school psychology applicants: In order to be considered for placement, the applicant must be able to commit to being on site at least 2 consistent full days each week for the duration of the semester.

Once your form is submitted, the district will respond to your request within 3 weeks of the semester deadline (October 15th and April 15th). This will allow time to explore options for supervisors to determine if the request can be honored.
