ABOUT OUR LECTURER

Russell Pollard (he/him)  Principal of Framework Leadership

Russell founded Framework Leadership with a unique lens of how workplace culture, leadership and marketing can operate within professional services firms to serve both people, business, and clients.

His aim is to help businesses and professionals grow. Through advisory, training, and change management support he has supported architecture and interior design firms navigate change, improve workplace culture, and establish career pathways for employees - both in terms of succession and advancement, and in growing the business. In all of his work he considers what is sustainable, equitable and meaningful.

Apart from client work, he is active in the industry and often speaks for local and national organisations that support business and diversity within the professions. In 2022 he founded Pride Talks™ as an employer program to raise awareness of and inclusion for LGTBQ+ persons in the workplace.

Russell has a Master of Business Administration, bachelor of interdisciplinary leadership, and Certificates in leadership and inclusion.
