McGaugh PTA Honorary Service Awards Nomination Form 2025–2026

McGaugh PTA invites you to nominate an individual, group, or organization that has gone above and beyond in their service to our PTA and school community for an Honorary Service Award (HSA). Nominate someone who is involved in our McGaugh community and generously volunteers their time, energy, and heart to support our students, staff, and families. Help us recognize those who make our School by the Sea so special! All too often these extraordinary people go unrecognized because we expect someone else to nominate them! BE THAT SOMEONE!

Honorary Service Award. This award is given to recognize an individual or organization for outstanding service to children and youth in your community, going above and beyond what is asked of them.

Continuing Service Award. This award is given to recognize an individual or organization for ongoing or long-time service to children and youth, providing support year after year.

Outstanding Teacher Award. This award may be given to recognize a teacher for outstanding service to children and youth through PTA, school, or community.

Outstanding Administrator Award. This award may be given to recognize an administrator for outstanding service to children and youth through PTA, school, or the community.
