Summer Institute on Sabbath- 2017 Registration
Registration for the 2017 class on SDB Polity which runs from February to May online, with an additional in person week from June 4-9, 2017 at the SDB Center in Janesville, WI The online classes will begin the week of February 6, 2017.

This form must be submitted by January 25, 2016 in order to register in time to successfully begin the class.

Students in the SDBU and Seminary Education programs are taking the program for credit towards completion of the program's requirements.
If I am not a student in one of the School of Ministry's training programs, I am prepared to pay the course tuition of $300.
Students admitted to the School of Ministry's training programs have their tuition for the class waived as part of their training programs.
I am taking this course as part of seeking accreditation from the Seventh Day Baptist General Conference of USA & Canada.
Accreditation is the acknowledgment of successful pastoral ministry among SDBs which is available to pastors already ordained by their local congregations and who meet other requirements, of which this class is one.
For the week of class in Janesville, June 4-9, 2017, I would prefer the following housing arrangements:
The School of Ministry can make arrangements for housing for students enrolled in this class with host SDB families as a service if you wish.
I am registering for this course with the understanding that it will require regular reading and writing, and that I will need access to a computer with an internet connection. I am prepared to have my participation and learning evaluated through my online activity and written tests. I am prepared to travel to Janesville for the in-person sessions of the class, June 4-9, 2017. I understand that both the in-person and online portions of the class must be successfully completed in order for me to pass the class. I am aware that if I do not complete the class after registering, that my tuition may not be refunded.
