For a fee of $20, you will receive a 12' x 10' foot table space outdoors at Spring Lake Heights Elementary School.
Vendors will be able to set up the day before the Craft Fair on Friday, September 27th from 4-8pm. We have early set up, because we anticipate large crowds and limited parking due to the Color Run and Heights Day at the School building.
Applications are due by September 14th, 2019.
We will confirm your registration once we have received payment for your table. You can pay by Check made payable to SLH PTA sent to SLH School c/o SLH PTA at 1110 Hwy 71 Spring Lake Heights, NJ 07762 or by Venmo is SLHPTA-SLHPTA.
We have many crafters making unique, handmade items and artists displaying their paintings and ceramics.
All crafts must be original and handcrafted. NO flea market items. FEE MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION. No refunds will be given after acceptance Spaces will be assigned by the PTA to assure that crafts will not be duplicated in an adjacent space. CHANGING OF ASSIGNED SPACE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. No displays are to extend beyond your assigned area. Electric outlets (voltage 110) will be furnished per space if requested on the entry form for an additional $10. Participants will furnish their own table to fit their space of 10ft, and bring their own heavy duty extension cords. The fire regulations of the Borough will be carefully observed. Sponsor is not responsible for any loss or injury to the exhibitor or to any assistant or employee in connection with this craft market. Chairs will be provided. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are permitted in the school. Crafters shall be responsible for any damage or injury that results from collapse of their display. NO EXHIBITORS WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARK THEIR VEHICLES IN THE SCHOOL PARKING LOT DURING THE SHOW. There is ample parking on the side streets away from the school.
