Hi everyone! We are SO HAPPY that you have chosen to become a FIRST Ladies regional partner to spread the importance of inclusion in FIRST Robotics.
As with last year, we are on a mission to get as many teams involved with our program as possible. We will continue to allow any team to be a member of FIRST Ladies without completing additional requirements. We will continue to offer the FIRST Ladies Certificate Program to encourage teams to make meaningful contributions to the community.
All teams are encouraged to complete as many activities as possible to support our mission. Teams that earn at least 9 points by April 30th, 2026 will receive a FIRST Ladies Regional Partner Certificate at the Bronze, Silver, or Gold level, depending on the total points earned. This certificate is a great way to showcase your team’s dedication to promoting STEM inclusion in your community at future competitions and events.
Regional Partners can earn points by contributing to our mission throughout the season.
HOW TO EARN POINTS
3 points each
- Submit a blog post here to be published on the FIRST Ladies website
- Host a FIRST Ladies event in your community (Ideas here!)
- Run an outreach event that recruits or supports girls and/or people underrepresented in STEM
1 point each
- Make a social media post that aligns with our mission, uses our logo, and tags our Instagram
(Maximum: 3 points total from social media posts)
CERTIFICATE LEVELS
- Bronze Certificate: Earn 9–12 points
- Silver Certificate: Earn 13–17 points and host at least one FIRST Ladies event or outreach event
- Gold Certificate: Earn 18+ points and host at least one FIRST Ladies event or outreach event
DEADLINE
All points must be earned by April 30, 2026 to count toward this season’s certificates.
Let's make an impact on our communities one action at a time. Even if you do not earn enough points throughout the season for a certificate, you will still be a part of our FIRST Ladies Regional Partner community!
