Unrehearsed Shakespeare 2026
We're bringing back a beloved NEYT Alumni tradition! For years, we would meet for a weekend in January to throw together a Shakespeare show. This year we're returning to our roots: A Midsummer Night's Dream!

How it works: at the beginning of December you will be sent your "scroll." This will be just your lines and the last bit of your cue line. You will be responsible for memorizing these. We will gather on the evening of Friday, January 2nd for a read-through. On Saturday, January 3rd we will meet at NEYT in the morning to put the show together, and we'll perform it that evening!
