PHESask SLE 2025 Registration Form
The PHE Saskatchewan Student Leadership Experience will be taking place September 25th - September 28th, 2025 starting and ending at noon. The Experience venue is Beaver Creek Camp/Brightwater Saskatchewan, just south of Saskatoon.

The registration fee is $150 per student. This includes accommodations, meals, t-shirt, the experience, and a FREE student membership to PHE Saskatchewan.

Payment can be made as an Interac E-Transfer to info@phesask.ca. Please remember to include your name in the message so we can properly attribute your payment.

Alternatively, you can pay via cheque made out to "SPEA" and mailed to:
