Fletcher Birthday Sign Fundraiser
Please complete this form if you would like to have your child's birthday appear on our digital sign at the front entrance of the school. It will run for 24 hours beginning at 8:00 a.m. on their birthday.
The cost is $10.
This form should be completed at least 3 days before your child's birthday.
$10 is due to the front office no later than 2:00 the day prior to the birthday.
You can bring the money directly to the front office, or you can send it in to your child's teacher.
Funds will support our school. Thank you for your assistance!
