2021 Conference Chair Application
The NACCU Conference Chair works with the NACCU Office to assist in planning, guiding and coordinating the associations annual conference. Once selected, they will initially serve a year as Co-Chair prior to stepping in their roles as Chair, and must be present at the 2020 conference.

Additional responsibilities of the Conference Chair include but are not limited to:

- In conjunction with the Chair of the Board and the NACCU Office staff, selects subjects and speakers for annual conference keynotes and professional development educational program.
- Recommends conference schedule within the parameters of contracted space.
- In conjunction with the Board of Directors, presides at annual conference activities and functions, sending letter of appreciation as needed.
- Undertakes other tasks as appropriate for annual conference management in collaboration with the NACCU Office staff
- Works with the Volunteer Development Team to ensure positive volunteer experiences for the Conference Host Committee and additional onsite volunteers.

Qualifications:
- Must be a full-time staff member at a member institution
- Must have served at least 3 years as a NACCU committee member
- Must have attended an annual conference within the last five years
- Must have experience leading a project or educational program
- Must have approval from and support of their institution prior to applying for the position
- Must have volunteered at the annual conference within the last three years
