After you complete this form, the Swedenborgian Church Central Office will send you an invoice at the email address you indicate below, which will include your final total, or we will contact you for further information. (We will calculate the subsidies General Convention provides for room and board discounts for members of the Council of Ministers, General Council, and SCYL Officers). You will be able to complete your payment using your preferred payment method (check, credit card by mail or over the phone, or PayPal invoice via email).
Room & Board Reservations and Payment Deadline: No new room, meal plan, or outing reservations will be available after Friday, May 24th at 5PM ET. Any room and board reservations not fully paid by this date will incur a $50 late fee. Event registrations will be accepted for as long as space permits.
