Getting Ready to Successfully Implement Measure H: Contract Process Survey for Community-Based Agencies
On March 14, 2017, the Board of Supervisors requested feedback on proposed actions and policy changes needed to: 1) Increase the number of community-based providers who provide services under Measure H; and 2) streamline the process by which contract providers receive Measure H funding.

As such, Los Angeles County Homeless Initiative requests your Agency’s/Organization’s input on this effort. We would appreciate any input you might provide in response to the below 17 questions no later than April 7, 2017.

Thank you in advance for your continued partnership and collaboration in efforts to combat homelessness in LA County.
