About our user research
We carry out a range of different research activities with people who use planning data. You may be invited to take part in any of the following:
- Video or in-person interviews
- Trying out new updates to the website
- Surveys
If we invite you to take part in a research activity we will provide a more detailed description of what will be involved at the time.Personal data
When you complete this form, your information will be submitted to MHCLG delivery partner, TPXimpact. Once you are invited to take part in a specific research activity, they will let you know how any personal data you provide during that activity will be used. You will be asked to complete a consent form to show that you are happy with TPXimpact using your data in this way. You will be able to withdraw your consent at any time. Information you submit using this form may be held in data centres outside of the EU.
