By registering for and/or participating in Rangers with the Rescue, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in the walk, run, and/or dog wash involves physical activity and the presence of animals, and I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or damage to myself, my child, or my pet.

I release and hold harmless Mountain Iron-Buhl Schools, the Track & Field program, event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from participation in this event. 

I certify that myself, my child, and/or my pet are physically able to participate.

If bringing a dog, I affirm that my dog is current on rabies vaccination, is under my control at all times, and is not aggressive toward people or other animals.

In the event of an emergency, I consent to medical treatment for myself, my child, and/or my pet as deemed necessary. 

I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional and fundraising purposes without compensation.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver and release.
