Waitlist for Dignity Grows 'Hope in a Bag' Program
Background:
Dignity Grows is proud of our long-standing partnerships with schools and community organizations across CT and across the country. Our Hartford-based flagship chapter offers ongoing hygiene support to over 110 local social service agencies through our “Hope in a Bag” program. 

This initiative supports our community with free tote bags filled with a month’s supply of hygiene items including; 
  1. Soap
  2. Shampoo & body wash
  3. Toothpaste
  4. Toothbrush
  5. Hand wipes
  6. Deodorant
  7. Maxi pads
  8. Panty liners

The “Hope in a Bag” program serves over 25,000 central CT residents each year and relies on the generous support of the community and operates with limited capacity.
