Irma Disaster Relief Volunteer Form
Grassroots Community groups across Florida are is seeking volunteers to assist with these relief and recovery efforts:

Little Haiti - FANM, 100 NE 84th Street, 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Call Kencie at 786-738-4726 with questions.
Overtown - Culmer Center, 1600 NW 3rd Avenue, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call Aidil at 786-258-1641 with questions.

Daily door-to-door needs assessment canvasses are going on in Allapattah and Little Havana. This canvass includes connecting people with services including assistance with FEMA assistance applications, SNAP benefits, legal and more.

The current need of Communities in the Everglades is for cleaning supplies, gloves, boots, masks and bleach as well as funds for alternate housing and professional mold remediation. Donations to the Midwest Food Bank (5601 Division Drive
Fort Myers, FL 33905 Tel: 239-690-1722) and St. Matthews House ( (2001 Airport Pulling Rd South, Naples, FL 33905. Tel: 239-848-5502) are being distributed in these Everglades communities.

In Orlando, volunteers can call Organize Florida at (321) 800-2095 to find out about any available assignments, including callbacks to people in need of help and notifying community members of assistance available.
