This form is for athletes, coaches, and judges applying for financial assistance related to international assignments in Region 6 Trampoline & Tumbling. All funding requests must be submitted through this form for consideration.

If your application is approved, USA Gymnastics will process your payment through Stampli, their official payment platform.

Important Payment Instructions:

• If selected for funding, you will receive an email from Stampli requesting you to complete your account setup.

• You must upload a W-9 tax form and enter your preferred payment method (bank account or mailing address for checks).

• Payment cannot be issued until these steps are completed in Stampli.

• If you already have a Stampli account created then your payment will be issued immediately upon approval
