Please use this form for reporting on any committees /working groups / projects you participate in as a representative of APECS or as an early career representative nominated by APECS.  The goal of this report is to provide a summary of the activities of the committee / working group / project for APECS members and leadership. The report should be written in plain language as those reading this summary may work in any number of fields.
For ongoing committee positions, reports should be submitted every 6 months (or once a year before 1 September if the committee meets less then 4 times a year), unless otherwise specified by the APECS Executive Committee.

APECS does not expect you to disclose confidential committee information, just that which can be made public. If you are unsure, please check with the committee chair and let him / her read your summary before sending it to APECS.
