Spiritual Direction offers a warm, contemplative, trauma-informed space to companion you toward an honest, intimate relationship with the Trinity through prayer, embodied presence, and rest.

  • Exhausted from striving for God and longing to just rest in His presence?

Spiritual direction creates space to linger with God. Together, we pay attention to the micro-moments of daily life, noticing where the Trinity is offering healing, clarity, and freedom.

Investment:

  • $125 / 50-minute individual session
  • $150 / 50-minute couples session

Format: In-person at Bekah's office in downtown Franklin, TN, or virtually.
