Dear Members and Friends of BeLuThai,

Herewith, we are pleased to introduce the First TRADE SHOW we ever organized.
An event, especially for you to present your products and services to a variety of guests.
Our Marketing efforts will be, in particular, directed to the Thai Chamber of Commerce / Board of Trade, Asian Chambers of Commerce and Members Chambers of the JFCCT.

The Trade Show will be held on 16th November and Booths can be booked as from now.
Booths will be allocated on a first comes, first served basis. In case of a shortage of booths, Premium Members followed by Corporate Members will have first right.

The price of the booth includes two entrance tickets for the Trade Show and Networking event.
The Booth-Holders agree to keep the booth open and staffed, also during the Networking event, i.e. until 21:00.
Booth-Holders will have access to the venue to set up as from 11:00am.

The Reservation of your booth is final, when your payment has been received. There shall be no refund unless BeLuThai, for any reason, is forced to cancel the event.

We look forward to making this first TRADE SHOW a big success with your support.

- The price of the booth includes two entrance tickets for the Trade Show and Networking event.
- The prices for the Booths are excluding 7% VAT
- The allocated space includes a table of 180 cm and two chairs.
- The Booth-Holders agree to keep the booth open and staffed, also during the Networking event, i.e. until 21:00.
- The Booth-Holders will have access to the venue to set up as from 11:00am.
- You will be contacted shortly after submitting this form for the invoicing and more information.
- Should the event be cancelled for any reason, your payment will be reimbursed.
