RIPUL Equity Committee
The Equity Committee is committed to establishing a safe and equitable environment for all players regardless of race, class, gender identity, sexual orientation, playing experience, or other characteristics. This includes upholding the Code of Conduct, establishing league-wide policies, and making RIPUL more welcoming to all players!

The Equity Committee typically holds virtual or in-person meetings to discuss the work that we are doing. In these conversations different folks will share updates on tasks that they are working on!

This first conference call will be an introductory call around: what the committee did last year, what are potential areas to tackle this year, and where to go from here!
