Please select a balanced group of students that you feel can handle the selected repertoire. No more than a 3:2 ratio of sopranos and altos to tenors and basses unless you're registering in conjunction with another school to send a balanced group from the two-school combination.
Registration will be limited to the first 100 high school students (in balanced groups) registered, on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are asking $10 per student to cover logistical expenses and pizza on Saturday, October 19. Payment must be received in the form of a check made payable to Binghamton University no later than Friday, September 27, 2019.
Individual school directors are responsible for making arrangements for students to have their own copies of the sheet music by the time of the actual event. PDFs of the choral octavos will be made available to directors for planning purposes.
Directors are kindly requested to REPLY ALL to the registration email if they have copies of the sheet music they could loan other schools' participants.
Directors are requested to check their football and homecoming schedules, as soon as the game schedule has been released.
Concert dress will be all black. Additional details will be provided prior to the event.
