Canadian Cheese Awards Ceremony 16:30 to 18:00 Presentation of winners in 19 main categories, nine special categories, five regional division, plus the coveted Cheese of the Year. Canadian Cheese Awards Tasting Gala 18:00 to 21:00 Finalists and winners on display and available for sampling, including charcuterie, baked goods, wine, beer and cider. The social event of the year for cheese industry, media and special guests. 19+ THURSDAY, JUNE 7 Canadian Cheese Expo 12:00 to 15:00 Inaugural trade show for Canadian cheese producers, distributors, retailers and other members of the cheese industry and related businesses, members of foodservice and hospitality industries, buyers for grocery chains, buyers for specialty stores, restaurateurs, chefs and culinary students. Show also serves as Cheese Awards Media Event for television, print and digital media, food writers, and bloggers with opportunity to interview award-winning cheesemakers and sample their award-winning cheeses. Identification required. 19+ Artisan Cheese Night Market 16:00 to 22:00 First-ever consumer show featuring winners and finalists in the cheese competition, and products such as charcuterie, baked goods, wine, beer and cider. JEUDI 7 JUIN L’exposition des fromages fins canadiens De midi à 15h00 — Dans la halle Nord, du marché St. Lawrence un salon pour les professionnels de l'industrie du fromage, de l'hôtellerie, des chefs de cuisine, des médias, des blogueurs, etc. Marché nocturne pour Le Concours des fromages fins canadiens De 16h00 à 22h00 — Dans la halle Nord, du marché St. Lawrence mettant en valeur les lauréats et finalistes du concours ainsi qu’une sélection de produits artisanaux, charcuteries, vins, bières, cidres, en deux séances de trois heures pour éviter l'affluence.
