This form is for selected candidates to indicate their *preliminary acceptance* of the invitation to the International HPC Summer School in Toronto, Canada, July 12-17, 2020.

As mentioned in your acceptance letter, there is still a great deal of uncertainty about the school due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The organizers are monitoring the situation and will make a final decision in mid-April whether to proceed with the school as planned, or to make alternative arrangements.
