CONNECT 2020 - VOLUNTEER FORM
The Oregon Conservation Education and Assistance Network (OCEAN), in collaboration with the Oregon Conservation Partnership, is excited to invite you to VOLUNTEER and help us roll out the 12th Annual CONNECT Conference (CONNECT 2020). CONNECT 2020 will be held on April 14-16, 2020, at Sunriver Resort, in Sunriver.
1. Track / Conference Session Monitor
---- Monitor sessions during the conference, ensuring speakers start/in on time, AV works, etc.
2. Field Trips Carpool Driver
---- Serve as a Carpool Driver to/from Field Trips (Tues and Wednesday 8 am - 1:30 pm)
---- Ensure all attendees are loaded into vehicles and depart on time
---- Collect/distribute box lunches, set up/clean up the on-site lunch area
3. Conference Day Staff
--- Event Volunteer Staff: Work shift(s) during the 3-day conference. 1-hour minimum shift.
--- Duties include setup/breakdown, guides, room monitors, auction tables, attendee check-in, etc.
4. Silent Auction
--- Assist with collecting silent auction items and set up auction area at the conference.
--- Assist with auction cash out, raffle/giveaway distribution
