Williams Valley Food Service Request Form
The Williams Valley School District will continue to provide food service to students during the mandatory school closure due to the COVID-19 virus. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s national school lunch program (https://www.fns.usda.gov/nslp) guidelines will be followed to ensure nutritious meals are available throughout this closure. The child must be present in order to receive the meal due to these guidelines.

Drop off locations have been designated and we will provide two days worth of food for each student. Distributions will occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and will be drive-thru style distribution. Monday and Wednesday distribution will include a lunch and breakfast for the following day. Friday’s distribution will include one breakfast and one lunch. At this time we anticipate our first delivery occurring Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Please help us to prepare and serve the correct amount of food by answering the following questions:
