SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION REQUEST FORM 2018-19
Please complete the following form to subscribe to PLP for the financial year 2018-19

The Peterborough Learning Partnership invite schools to join for the period 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019. You will be invoiced either in April or September, depending on your request.

All schools will be charged £3 per pupil on roll via the most recent census data.

You can join at any time during the year and will be charged pro-rata. e.g. join 1st September and only pay 7/12ths of the total subscription.

Please note that schools who join part way through a year are now required to commit to subscribing to the following full year as members. (unless otherwise agreed in writing with PLP)

Completion of the subscription form is taken as confirmation of a binding contract between the subscribing school and PLP.

Schools who choose to cancel their subscription mid-year will be charged the full year subscription.

FOR PETERBOROUGH LOCAL AUTHORITY MAINTAINED SCHOOLS ONLY:
PLP has been working with the local authority to streamline processes and reduce administration costs. As a result future PLP charges will be deducted through the funding statement for maintained schools. The local authority will email you to confirm any charges prior to making the deduction. This will give you an opportunity to query or dispute these charges. Please indicate whether you agree to this statement
Do you wish to Subscribe from the Autumn Term? *
If so your school's invoice for your PLP Subscription will be held until September 2018. You will be charged PLP rates for CPD access during Summer term 2018.
