VTF2027 REGISTRATION FORM REQUEST - EARLY BIRD
TEACHERS - HOP ON THIS EARLY BIRD SPECIAL IN AUGUST!

(Please Note: This form is for Teachers/Troupe Directors only. Students and Chaperones should register through their primary troupe leader or school director. Please reach out to them for more information.)

Reserve your spot early to receive benefits including guaranteed/preferential Mainstage seats and early bird access to one acts tickets! Let us know you are coming by paying for your teacher registration through this early bird deal. The $235 fee will cover your teacher registration and reserve your school an early bird slot.

Reminder - Paying this now will reduce this amount from your final invoice.

Early Bird Registration must be received by Sept 13 and payment received within 2 weeks of the early-bird registration form to qualify!

This information helps us to plan the festival and ensures we have your contact information, while we wait for the completion of all detailed individual registration forms from your full troupe registration.

Full troupe registration information is due by the regular registration deadline of Nov. 15, 2026. Money is due no later than two weeks from submitting your final registration forms. Late registrations can be accepted until Nov. 30, 2026, but will incur a 20% late fee per late registration for returning schools (regular registration is strongly encouraged to assist with our planning needs). New attending schools will have a two week grace period with no late fees. You must be paid in full before arriving to festival for entry.

Note that student event registrations (Thespys, College Auditions, as well as Scholarships), One Act Competition and Mainstage applications are separate and have separate due dates. See the website for more information. Also, VTF is open to all school groups. You do not have to have an active Thespian Troupe to participate.

What Comes Next?
In the weeks ahead, you will receive the next steps in your registration process. This will include a tool to help you collect registrations from all attending individuals (yourself, students, chaperones, staff). Following that, there will be a transportation survey as well as other logistical surveys to look out for this fall.

This early-bird form doesn't replace the actual registration form. This just helps reserve early bird attendance for your school for preferential mainstage seating and early access to one act ticket reservations.

If a problem comes up with you not being able to attend, we will use this early bird deposit towards a future credit for another Virginia Thespian event.
