Release of Liability Agreement

By accepting and utilizing this access badge, the badge holder acknowledges and agrees that Aero Mach grants permission to access and use the golf simulator located at 1835 S Longfellow. The badge holder agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the golf simulator and waives any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and liabilities against Aero Mach, its affiliates, employees, and agents, for any personal injury, including death, or property damages sustained while on the premises. This release of liability is binding on the badge holder, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. The badge holder further acknowledges that they have read and understand this agreement and accept its terms voluntarily as a condition of badge issuance.
