2024 Chattanooga Comic Con Media Pass Application
*PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING* 
Chattanooga Comic Con provides a limited number of media passes per year to photographers, videographers, podcasters, and news media outlets. We encourage any person(s) who are available to promote, interview, post, etc about Chattanooga Comic Con to apply. If approved, you will be notified via email, and (1) pass will be available at will call in your name (unless otherwise specified). 

With the submission of your application, you agree to the following terms:
1. You acknowledge that you are in good standing with a media outlet and can produce credentials of some kind if requested at will call. For those that are starting their own business, a form of ID and active social handles/website would be sufficient.
2. Your media badge will need to be present at all times. 
3. Use of profanity or derogatory language to any other person(s) may result in the removal of your badge and event.
4. If requesting interviews with guests, your interviews need to be kept to 5 min or less. They will not have time for lengthy interviews, and they are not required to provide you one. Chattanooga Comic Con is not obligated to reimburse for any fees incurred for guest interviews if guest requires it. 
5. All photos and interviews of individuals or small groups must be granted consent. 
6. Any recording of panels must be given permission prior to recording. Some guests will not allow the use of recording devices.
7. While not required, it is appreciated if photos, videos, etc are shared to Chattanooga Comic Con and granted permission for Chattanooga Comic Con to use on social media and website.
