How does your CPD budget compare?
Done right, professional development can improve outcomes, retention and morale. Done wrong, it can be a workload-generating waste of money. We know that great CPD needs decent resource behind it.

How does your school's CPD spending compare to other publicly-funded schools in England?

Here at the Teacher Development Trust - the national charity for effective professional development - we've been crunching the numbers to help you find out. Fill in this survey and we'll email you a report to compare your budget to other schools.

- A comparison of the % of your income that you spend on CPD: how this compares to other, similar schools plus your approximate rank.

- Information about the average CPD budget and proportion of budget spend on CPD, for similar schools, as well as what you would need to spend to put you in the top 20% of schools.
