TAKE NOTICE that services offered at Audacity2Lead attract professional fees and that clients are required to pay a deposit of 70% upfront of the agreed total fee before a contractual relationship can be said to exist between the client and Audacity2Lead. We, at Audacity2Lead, are not obligated to render any service to a client where an advance part payment of 70% of the total agreed fee has not been paid (consultancy fees not included). We are also not obligated to refund any deposit after we have started rendering the service. However, where the service is yet to be rendered, and an advance payment of 70% of the total agreed fee has already been made to us by the client, we shall refund 40% of the total agreed fee. One of our representatives would negotiate the fees of the requested service with you and the representative will also tell you the mode of payment (only when you submit this form).
