Data Science Success Zoom calls
Having hosted many Executives at PyData discussion sessions for Data Science leaders, host Ian Ozsvald (co-founder of the PyDataLondon meetup & conference) will hold two public discussion calls to continue these conversations in mid-2022.

The audience will be leaders of Data Science teams in organisations of all sizes. This invite is restricted to people running teams in established companies (this invite is not for recruiters or independent consultants).

The events are listed below, choose which you'd like to attend and add your email and Ian will add you to the GCal invite. The calls will run using Zoom, the videos will be distributed after using Ian's newsletter: https://notanumber.email/

You can lurk and listen or - better - share your questions and views. An agenda will be distributed in advance.

Assuming we have good discussion, these events will turn into something more regular.

Discussion 1 runs on Monday July 11, 4pm (UK time) on "Team Structure" - getting a good structure for your org, hybrid vs fully remote practices, processes that support your team, how to avoid being left out

Discussion 2 runs on Monday August 8th, 4pm (UK time) on "Backlog & Derisking & Estimation" - how to build a backlog, derisking quickly and estimating the value behind your project
