SoCal Premier/WCASL ADULT Pre-Registration Form
THIS FORM IS FOR TEAMS Applying to join SoCal Premier for the 2020-21 season!
If you are looking for the youth NPL WEST pre-registration email for a link.

Returning teams simply email and indicate your desire to play the upcoming season.

After filling out this form we will review it and send you a confirmation if you are accepted into the league.

Once accepted:
Instructions will be given
You will receive an invoice from the league
Your spot will only be saved once the invoice for league fees and bond has been paid

2020-21 League Fees (Copa CA included in league fees - covers 22-27 games from September thru June)
Reduced prices due to Covid19 - no need to pay all up front, will take payments and we WILL WORK WITH YOU to make it work because we know we all just want to get back to playing!!!
Premier Men - $150/month
2nd Division - $125/month
3rd Division - $100/month
Over30 - $monthly pay

2020 U23 - $750 (12 games from May- July) - POSTPONED

Women's Premier - $100/month (10-16 games depending on how many teams apply, dated TBD)

Over45 - $call for info
Coed - $call for info

Other Costs:
Player Registration Fee - $35 per player (includes $5,000 insurance + an additional $25,000 policy)
Team Bond - $250
Referee fees - $80 per team/per game (depending on division/season)
League provided Field fees range from $100 - 200 per game. You only pay field fees for home games

All other costs are your responsibility.

Only one form needed per club/team.

ALL teams that compete in the SoCal Premier Soccer League are eligible to compete in the following:
Lamar Hunt US Open Cup
Copa California - THE California State Championship - NorCal Premier vs SoCal Premier
Calsouth Adult State Cup Tournament
USASA Regional and National Cups
