Team UoP Covid Reporting
It's really important for the University of Portsmouth to monitor the number of students with Covid symptoms to try and stop the virus spreading throughout the Campus.

We are asking all members of Team UoP with Covid symptoms/positive test reults to report this to us, so we can contact all other sports club members that may have been in contact with them and ask those individuals to isolate and get tested for Covid.

This information is held securely and confidentially in accordance to our member terms and conditions, and will only be used for the purpose of contacting other Team UoP members who have been in contact with members who are reporting Covid symptoms to us.
