Taste of Reston Food Vendor Application
The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce presents the 30th Annual Taste of Reston, an event featuring two days of fabulous food, business and community vendors, live entertainment on three stages, Wine ‘n Dine and the Family Fun Zone!. This is the ideal marketing opportunity to showcase your business to nearly 65,000 potential customers from across the Washington D.C. metropolitan region over two days. This is one of the largest, award winning, and most family-friendly events held in Northern Virginia each year. Taste of Reston was voted “Northern Virginia’s Best Food Festival” by Virginia Living magazine for the past seven years.
Friday, Sept. 25: 4 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday, Sept. 26: Noon – 11:00 PM

Food Vendor Information
Please complete and return the Food Vendor Information Form along with your payment, a completed Sponsorship Agreement (indicating whether you are a Chamber Member Exhibit Booth or Future Member Exhibit Booth Sponsor) and a signed Rules & Regulations Agreement.
All items must be submitted to the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce no later than Friday, Aug. 21, 2020. Your application cannot be complete without receipt of requested information, documents, and payment.
Taste of Reston 2020 rental fees are as follows:
BOOTHS: Early Booth Fees! Register by June 17 and SAVE!
Chamber Members ($650) Future Chamber Members ($850) – ask about membership to save!
After June 17
Chamber Members ($750) Future Chamber Members ($1000) – ask about membership to save!
Electricity: 2 Outlets with a maximum of 20 amps ($250)
Each additional request - maximum of 4 outlets or 40 amps ($100) x # of Outlets
Must make special arrangements for additional outlets or amperage (blenders, refrigerators or any appliance over 15 amps)
