Chicago Coordinated Entry System (CES) Skilled Assessor Interest Form
Skilled Assessors play the critical role of completing the Chicago CES standardized housing assessment with households facing homelessness. This involves assessing a minimum of two participants every month for the purpose of connecting households to housing as they are eligible and prioritized.

The standardized housing assessment is located on the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) so it is an expectation that Skilled Assessors are HMIS users or are willing to be trained on HMIS.

Staff who complete this interest form will be contacted within a week to either confirm registration for a training session or to further discuss the opportunity. Staff who work for homeless shelters, outreach projects, drop in service centers, and healthcare providers will be prioritized.
