The purpose of this change readiness assessment is to determine if your organization is prepared and ready for the change that you are planning to implement.

Based on your answers, your organization will be rated as:
∙ Green - Has clear understanding and acceptance of change
∙ Yellow - May not be clear as to the need for change and/or is not prepared for it
∙ Red - Is not ready for change
The rating criteria is based on the extent that your program is applying good practices for Change Management.
