Reservation is not confirmed until deposit has been received. Expect confirmation email within a few days of booking. Deposit due by 2nd September 2026, after which payment is non-refundable; full payment due by 18th September 2026. If you are unable to attend, please speak to an organiser who will try to re-allocate your space.
