Magnolia Conf 2025 CFP
Thank you for your interest in speaking at Magnolia Conf (formerly MagnoliaJS) 2025! We're hosting the event October 21-23 at the Mississippi Museum of Art. We know we're biased but it's a great conference with great folks and the best conference food you've ever had.

We've done a small rebrand because we want everyone to know we aren't limited to JavaScript talks. We're looking for any kind of tech talks you got. Some topic ideas (but don't limit yourself to these!):
  • Angular
  • AI
  • Accessibility
  • Tooling
  • Web Performance
  • TypeScript
  • Go
  • etc
Talks should be about 30 minutes long. 

We're a small team of two with jobs outside of the conference, so please limit your talk submissions to your top 3. Any additional talks after your 3rd submission will be removed from consideration. It's not that we don't want to hear about them, we just don't have the time to screen them all. <3

We allow your plus one to go to every Magnolia Conf event that you're invited to, including the speaker dinner, the conference, the afterparty, and anything else we do. We can't pay for their travel, but they are absolutely welcome to come to the conference free of charge.
The conference will run from October 21-23. October 21 will be hackathon day with maybe some half-day workshops. The speaker dinner will likely also be on October 21. The afterparty will likely be October 23.

Do you need travel and lodging covered by the conference? *
Please note that we typically run on a very limited budget. We received a total of $6,000 in sponsorships of the ~$25,000 we needed to run our last conference in 2023. So there is a possibility we cannot afford to accept speakers who need travel covered if we aren't close to our sponsorship goal by the time we need to pick speakers. So please spread the word and our prospectus!
