Thank you for your interest in Quilts, Rughooking and Stitching@theCathedral for October 2026. We’re excited to again host this event at the Anglican Cathedral in St. John’s and delighted to welcome you. Please fill out the form below to register your quilt, rug or stitching in the festival.
Please read through each section carefully as things have changed a little from last year.
Quilters: You are able to register up to three large/full-size quilts and three additional smaller pieces (such as wall hanging, table runner, etc). You will need to fill out this form for each item you are putting in the show. Please see Section 2.
Rughookers: You are able to register up to three mats. You will need to fill this out for form each item you are putting in the show. Please see Section 3.
Stitchers: You are able to register up to three pieces. Work will be displayed on tables so keep that in mind when selecting pieces for display. If you would like your work on an easel, you must provide the easel. Please see Section 4.
Your items can be dropped off at the Anglican Cathedral between 6:30 pm and 8 pm on Thursday, October 22nd. The entrance is on Gower Street via the stone porch. Pick up of items after the show on Saturday, October 24th will be between 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Please bring your work in a clear plastic bag or container which will be stored under the pew and used again when you come to pick it up. All work must be labelled with your name and phone number.
