Boone County Master Gardeners Grant Application

Boone County Master Gardeners (BCMG) offer grants to residents of Boone County for projects that further the educational purpose of the Purdue Master Gardener Program. Since education is an important component of the Master Gardener’s mission your project must include a gardening/horticulture/agricultural educational component in some form to be considered for a grant.

Educational suggestions include signage, plant labels, on site interpreter, flyers, a presentation, a class project or hands-on activity.

Each grant request is considered on its own merit for either full or partial funding.  This year, we will offer three (3) grants for the maximum amount of $500 each.

Grant applications are due by November 30, 2025.

Grants will be awarded and presented in January, 2026.

Final Reports (pictures optional) are due within one month of the completion date and should be emailed to Susan Kovach, sckovach11@att.net.  The BCMG grant committee will coordinate an on-site visit after receiving your final report.
